Das B\u00f6hmerhaus<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Lange Zeit fehlte in der Geschichte der Churtrier eine eigene, zentrale Anlaufstelle. Stattdessen nutzten unsere Bbr.Bbr. die R\u00e4umlichkeiten der KHG im \u201eHaus Fetzenreich\u201c in der Sichelstra\u00dfe. Veranstaltungen wie Tanzabende und Kneipen fanden im dortigen Keller statt, w\u00e4hrend Convente im Konferenzraum des 1. OG abgehalten wurden. Der Raumbedarf der KHG stieg jedoch ebenfalls, weshalb auch das Bistum den Auszug der Churtrier unterst\u00fctzte.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Im Jahr 1975 wurde daraufhin der \u201eHeimverein Churtrier e.V.\u201c gegr\u00fcndet, um schnellstm\u00f6glich ein eigenes Domizil zu finden und letztlich zu erwerben. Bereits im darauffolgenden Jahr 1976 wurde eine geeignete Immobilie gefunden und erworben, das uns heute bekannte B\u00f6hmerhaus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Mittlerweile ist die Churtrier Mieter im sp\u00e4thistoristischen B\u00fcrgerhaus auf der B\u00f6hmerstra\u00dfe am Nikolaus-Koch-Platz, dem sog. \u201eB\u00f6hmerhaus<\/strong>\u201c. Es wurde von dem Architekten Joseph Mendgen geplant, entworfen und 1901 fertiggestellt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Im Jahre 1996 erfolgte die erste gro\u00dfe Renovierung des B\u00f6hmerhauses, das grunds\u00e4tzliche Erscheinungsbild des Verbindungshauses wurde an moderne Standards angepasst und unter Anderem der heutige Kneipsaal ins Erdgeschoss verlegt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Zwanzig Jahre sp\u00e4ter wurde das Haus erneut gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig renoviert. Die Schaffung neuer Zimmer, der Ausbau des Dachgeschosses als nutzbaren Gemeinschaftsraum, nebst einem eigenen Archiv, sowie der Einbau einer hochwertigen und modernen K\u00fcche standen im Vordergrund. Ebenfalls umgebaut wurde der Thekenbereich im Keller.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Anfang des Jahres 2020 wurde anl\u00e4sslich des 60-j\u00e4hrigen Jubil\u00e4ums der Churtrier mit dem Umbau des Kneipsaales im Erdgeschoss begonnen. Ein hochwertiger Parkettboden und dazu passende Wandvert\u00e4felung unterstreichen mittlerweile das gem\u00fctliche Flair des B\u00f6hmerhauses.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
